Has anyone run 18s on a mk2?

I’m thinking that 205/35/18 tyres is comparable to 195/55/15s in overall dimensions so therefore could work.

Yes it would be uncomfortable and probably tramline at every opportunity but...... 18s on a scirocco!!!!!!
